Refund policy

At [Mars Infiniti], we put a lot of love into creating comfortable and high-quality clothing for kids. To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we currently do not offer returns.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchange only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are accepted only for size or manufacturing defects

  • The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact

  • Items purchased during sale/discounts are not eligible for exchange

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at [mars@bangurmail.com.] 

  2. Share your order number, product details, and reason for exchange

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process

  4. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

  • We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit for your child.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order while receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
