4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at all locations and pin codes
COD orders may be subject to order verification via call or WhatsApp before dispatch
Customers are requested to keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery
In case of refusal or non-acceptance of a COD order at the time of delivery, the customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues
In case of cancellation by us, a full refund (for prepaid orders) will be processed

6. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only, subject to availability
Exchange requests must be raised within [48 hours] of delivery
Exchanges are accepted only for size issues or genuine manufacturing defects
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact
Items purchased during sales or promotional offers may not be eligible for exchange

Refunds are considered only in case of genuine issues, such as:

Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect

Share a clear, unedited unboxing video via email
Refunds will be processed only after review and approval
